The Empathatic Germans

Sunday I posted that German businesses were ready to oust Kyoto. Today their papers are blaming Katrina on Bush's lack of signature on Kyoto and recommending a Kyoto 2. You'd think for oh, maybe a day, they could say "anything we can do to help?"
